9 Foods to Supercharge Your Low Libido

What is Low Libido ?

Libido means, “Your sexual desire” and low libido means “low sexual desire”. A feeling low sexual desire or lack of one is one of the most common sexual dysfunctions. And, getting to the root of “low libido” can rev up your sexual life again.

Let me put this way, do you prefer to sleep or a novel over sizzling sex then you must read this post till the end of it?   If it is you I am talking about chances are you are suffering from low libido issues. And, you must know, low libido issues can lead to divorce, low self-esteem or infidelity in relationships.

Low Libido is not an end to a world. Nor I am scaring you in any way but yes numbers say so lately a survey was conducted and it clearly showed how low libido can harm us which at one point looks so harmless. Listen don’t panic, the good news, we can fix it and you need not burn a whole in your pocket. All you need is to get back to the kitchen and add some foods on a regular basis in your diet and keep your fat wallet safe for other expenses. Yes, we can fix low libido with food.

I know you all adore me for this. And trust me, you don’t need any sort of motivation or Victoria’s secret to hit the bottom. All it boils down to fix your nutrition, as your libido is doomed. I have been receiving a lot of texts about low libido issues from males and females when I posted about beets being a natural Viagra, which is why I decided to write this post. I hope it will answer your queries to some extent.

For low libido issues, I would like to make a point clear so that the idea gets clear as to why few things are not in action. Circulation is the word, we need a good flow of blood all through body including genitals which gives a feeling of arousal. The activities that rush blood flow and food that increases the flow of blood despite inflammation and other things that block it we need to add such food in our daily diet.

What causes low libido ?

There are a number of things that can lead to low libido some of them are physical and some psychological. And sometimes it’s both.

    Awesome information. My name is Robert and at a certain point of time, I faced the situation of not getting hard enough and I used viagra. Later the problem went away with the exercising.

    Moreover, I was advised to use fenugreek more into my food since it helps boost libido. I think you missed this on your list.

    I am going to add these food items to my list too. Never know when I will need these next.
