  1. Great Article. Nice job with linking other writings! I include all of these items in my diet but disagree on fish-oil – I prefer walnuts, chia seeds and flaxseed for Omega 3. Too much ocean pollution and poor processing for me to want any fish in my diet!

    1. Thanks for commenting. One can take omega 3 from multiple sources just like you mentioned walnuts, chia seeds, and flax. In fact, I consume Flax on a regular basis since I am a vegetarian.
