I always wonder why people write about healthy lifestyle tips, daily health tips when there are already gazillions of how to live healthy lifestyle guides piling on the internet. Why is that we need to emphasis on the simple basics of life? We’re lost actually, we may sound smart about our goals, deadlines, and other stuff for which we’re running, but in the heart of heart, we’re running away from ourselves. And, worst of all, we’re disconnecting from our real self. Here’s why I am writing this post from my viewpoint, maybe it will resonate with you and help figure out what you’re missing out on.

I am super excited about writing this post, reasons are many. For a good start I am back to blogging and second of all, I am back by my choice not chance. Penning down your thoughts is like a true love, you always find a way back somehow. No matter how life happens to you, there is always a comeback and I am glad that I am connecting with my readers again.

There is no better way to start my blogging journey again from a topic that matters the most and actually is the crux of everything. Coming back to the main theme of the post, healthy lifestyle tips. Lets’ delve a little deeper in the realms of mind over matter to get to the root of the matter.

If you’re a late Paul Walker’s fan then I am sure you’ve seen the movie “Eight Below”. In this movie, there is a famous dialogue which makes sense to me more than any dialogues ever.  One must do things in a way that can purely put your heart at rest. It could be anything like talking to a long friend, spilling the beans, expressing your feelings and I will leave the rest to you all. I am sure I have hit the right spot. This could be the best daily health tip to recall and do what gives your soul the supreme rest. Just do that.

  1. Smell the roses

Life is busy and it will always be, you will be running late on deadlines, waiting for the weekend, doing the dishes and eating the same food every day. It’s the same grind over and over, but in between this grinding life happens and leave you with golden moments where stories, lessons, outcomes are born and you’ll connect the dots only when you wait and smell the roses.  Do take out some time from your busy routine, and enjoy some “Me Time”. You’re going to die, so before that happens, do live without any barriers in mind or out.  Forget what society thinks, your friends, family, partner or whoever that is sabotaging your thoughts. If you think, you’re stuck in life or general then this is for you. Take a detour, don’t go the regular normal route be it your drive to work, your food, clothes, routine. Flip your life around a bit and see what happens. It’s all about breaking your patterns, don’t stick in the loop, be in the flow of life and that’s all you need. Like I did, from so long I wanted to come back to blogging but I couldn’t I was giving myself lame reasons, to not do so. But when I decided I needed those creative juices to flow through every fiber of my being. I couldn’t help myself and I am here.

  1. Eat Good and workout

You’re what you eat, that’s the truth, don’t ponder just accept it gracefully. It’s one such daily health tips that work 24/7/365. Eat clean and workout and half of your life’s battle are sorted. The best part is you look good and your confidence is at highest, and that’s pretty much sums up the life.

  1. Have faith in the divine

Always believe in the one who made you, call it God, Energy, divine, angels or whatever that makes sense to you. I always believe that I am surrounded by divine and whenever I need help I just ask for help and I find my way or figure out. If nothing happens, I find myself at peace to deal with the situation. I would like to add one more thing, your parents fall into this category as well. They brought you in this world, take care of them and spend time with them. Giving back to your parents is impossible but do your bit, a bit.

  1. Do what you love and rest will fall into place

We all have something that we define as a second nature. To me it’s writing, for you, it could be cooking, styling, traveling, talking, creating etc. Whatever it is, do that and trust me when your creativity comes out in real life in any shape or form. It’s truly high if you know what I mean.

  1. Forgive

Forgiving is not applicable to others, it equally stands for you too. I know forgiving is hard, and forgiving ourselves is the hardest. We all need our moments, where we break patterns, look for a reason or an excuse to express, Take this moment as a call and forgive what is hurting from so long. Tell yourself its ok if you didn’t make it, dust off yourself and get back to life. And, most importantly live.


  1. Embrace Positivity

Trust me, it’s contagious. Like attracts like and there is nothing like it. Always be on the brighter side of life and try to see the best in every situation. It’s not easy but it’s not impossible either.

Life is beautiful, you just need to accept things, embrace them and let them go. Sure shit happens, and things go haywire and it’s ok. We can always start afresh as I did. By coming back to blogging, I can’t tell you how happy I am writing this post in one shot.  It’s like I am talking to my readers after so long and its refreshing.

My only point is, life is open for changes, you need to get up and make that change.

A healthy state of mind is the best place to live in, stay in peace and that’s how you live the healthiest lifestyle ever. Being in a good mental space is the best tip ever. Remember, it all starts with the mind. Pay close attention!
