All you need is to create a deficit of 200 to 300 calories on daily basis along with adding protein, fats, and workout and continue until the time you hit the plateau. To overcome plateau create a deficit again around 100 calories. This is how you will lose the stored fat.

You can follow Carb Cycle for fat loss. Under this, we rotate our carbs like for 3 days low carbs then one day high carbs than two days no carbs and then high carbs.
