You love Chocolate pastry like me. You’re in for good news. You can have them but first in the morning, even croissants. But again moderation is the keyword. You can cheat but not more than twice a month. Don’t replace it with your meal but yes it can be an addition. Nutrition is what our body need as a fuel. Never let it go.
Deep-fried food like samosa, pakoras, vada, bhajia and kachori
Eat them first in the morning. Half your first meal and have your deep-fried good along or as a meal by itself. But not much better is to stick to one option. And please no sugar along with it.
